The Bradford Grid Photography Project is a collaborative group of photographers who live or work in the city and surrounding district.

Back in the day the group began meeting in the Three Pigeons in Halifax to show each other their work for feedback, companionship and beer. It was suggested that the group expand and adopt the strategy of The Portland Grid Project in Oregon. That was quite a few years ago and since, the group has grown and collectively exhibited photography, video, text-image and projection work.

The images shown here are work from Kate’s contribution to the project. She used a pinhole camera to take photographs and then worked digitally to create images about architecture, vision, imagination and desire... a dream or trauma
